- The Guidelines shall be adopted after they have been presented to the associated organizations of the KAN and passed by two-thirds vote of the established quorum of eligible voting organizational representatives present.
- An amendment to these Guidelines must be proposed in writing to the Advisory Committee at least thirty (30) days prior to a scheduled meeting of the KAN, to be included on the agenda for that meeting. The text of the amendment must be sent to all associated organizations at least two weeks in advance of the meeting. The Guidelines shall be amended upon acceptance of the amendment by two-thirds vote of the established quorum of eligible voting organizational representatives.
