The representatives of the associated organizations of the KAN may establish and serve on Ad Hoc Committees to meet specific needs. The term of an Ad Hoc Committee, its function and membership shall be established by the KAN upon such terms as the associated organizations deem necessary or advisable. Unless otherwise provided, the procedures followed for the conduct of business shall comport with those of the KAN itself. |
