Use of Pornography

"Has the use of pornography created a problem for you or someone you know?"

Pornography use has not been a problem for me (probably because I don't use it), but I do know someone whose life was affected by it - let's just say it is part of the reason this couple is going through a divorce. Some people just become too dependant on it and it becomes a habit/addiction - just like drugs, alcohol, or smoking.

I've never known anyone to say that pornography has impacted their life in a positive way, but I sure have heard the opposite side!

I personally have not had a problem with the use of pornography - mainly because I do not use it. But, I do have some friends who are going through a divorce. Part of the reason for the divorce is the husbands addiction to internet pornography. I believe pornography can be very damaging and addictive. I've never known anyone to say that their life has been positively affected by pornography - but I sure have heard people say that their life has been negatively affected.

Pornography ruined our marriage; it gave my husband unrealistic expectations and sick ideas. When I couldn't take it any more and left him he committed suicide.
Don't ever start cause then you won't ever have to try and stop.
